Rae's Story
As a reporter, Rae has the privilege of delivering news to her community while sipping on their coffee. She covers various topics such as climate change research and advocacy rallies at The Michigan Capitol.
Rae has witnessed both tragedy & resiliency in East Lansing, after reporting on a mass shooting that occurred just two months into her job there.
She also reported from mid-Michigan when an EF-2 tornado struck last year on August 24th, leaving many people's lives scattered.
Rae brings enthusiasm in all aspects of reporting, whether its trying nonalcoholic beer or frolicking through lavender fields, and hosting her monthly segments called 'Trail Tuesday'- which aims to bring outdoor inspiration & knowledge to viewers.
She looks forward to continuing her journalism career & sharing stories.
